Hypnotherapy & Counselling Price

If you are considering hypnotherapy and/or counselling, I offer a free (no obligation) telephone call, where we can get to know each other and see if we are right to work together.

I frequently run special offers and am happy to look at concessions for low income families.

Appointments are charged at £45 per session. Payment is required 24 hours in advance by bank transfer.

Stop smoking sessions are charged at £135 and are carried out over two sessions.

Availability

I offer daytime and a few evening appointment’s.

Appointments can be face-to-face, via Zoom and sometimes via the telephone. I will also consider home visits on a one by one basis.

Appointments are at the same time each week, unless otherwise agreed, and last for 50 minutes.

The number of sessions required will vary depending on the client and the nature of your issue; however, an average amount of six sessions is usually recommended.

What Happens During a Therapy Session?
In the first session, which may take up to 1.5 hours, I take a full personal case history. I support you to explore the condition or issue that has led to you choosing Clinical Hypnosis as your preferred treatment option. I will then work with you to identify what you want to achieve from the therapy, i.e. your goals for the therapy. Following this, I will discuss and agree your treatment plan with you, including the number of sessions that may be required.

I will then introduce you to the process of hypnosis, take you into trance and complete the first taster stage of your therapy. You will be safely brought out of trance and given instruction in any tasks to be completed between sessions. I may also provide you with additional resources for you to use between sessions.

I will then design our follow up sessions, which will be specifically tailored to your condition or issue.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, wherever possible please provide me with 48 hours notice, otherwise the full fee may be charged.

Cancellations should be notified either by text or telephone.
